Biography
Ken Webb has been producing high quality textbooks, study-guides and articles in the areas of Modern, Ancient and Extension for many years. In addition to this, he has been a contributor to colleagues’ work, newspapers and has been an advisor for history video documentaries.
Educated in the United Kingdom, and a graduate of the University of Oxford, Ken Webb has taught widely in state public schools, TAFE and independent schools. He was an HSC marker for twenty-five years, rising to the position of CSM. He also taught the International Baccalaureate course in History for several years. He is a member of the Independent Schools Examination Committee for Modern and Extension History.
Ken Webb has been a State winner of the National Excellence in Teaching Award.
In addition to his extensive writing, Ken Webb lectures to Year 12 students in Modern History, and runs Extension History workshops, across Sydney, regional NSW and the ACT.
