We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. When items are in stock, delivery through Australia Post typically takes place within 2 to 7 business days from the order date.

Yes, following the processing and dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Schools can send their orders to dave@getsmarteducation.com.au via email. Once processed, orders will be shipped along with a tax invoice. If it's more convenient, schools can also place orders online and pay with credit cards. In this case, a tax invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the provided email address. For NSW Government schools, please use the centralised system, EDConnect, for orders unless opting for online ordering with credit card payments.

To return items, you need prior approval from Get Smart Education. Email dave@getsmarteducation.com.au with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. If items are faulty or damaged, email us before returning them. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving items, and we generally don't accept returns for a change of mind. Items accepted for return should be sent back within 21 days of delivery, in an undamaged condition suitable for resale.
